Founder's Message

“Universe has given me the power and ability to be ALL, so why not give it back to the universe specially, through its women. I encourage a woman to achieve more; she will encourage another and another some more , then more and more will
standup to excel.

In the beginning, I chose a unique service to feed thousands of birds.
All my unanswered questions from childhood, started to get resolved as I was observing the wings of freedom.
Birds showed me the path; they seemed to have given me the assurance that they would show the conduit to acme.

I was getting a lot of joy in freeing several hundreds of birds. But as days passed by, I wanted to do more to satisfy my growing hunger for service.

Already many have done and more is being done. Today there isn’t any such void that I have to specially fill up. But, need is always a never ending want and ALL having been done still falls short of some more. 

So, I started on my own to meet women from remote villages to listen, share their pain and advice on their problems.

As days passed by, the women folk started to pour their heart out to me. 

This gave me the strength to increase the momentum and form a structured organization that can deliver quality service for a larger section of the community.

SIA is thus formed to make every woman become ALL”
